  • It depends on the complexity of your business, but generally you can set up your Company up in less than 20 minutes and be approved for processing that same day. A one hour implementation call is recommended and provided for free of charge. Most customers invest less than 2 hours to go-live and accept payments.

  • The contracts are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. You can also change your enabled products and pricing at any time.

  • If you incur charges, you will be auto-invoiced at the end of the month. You only pay for what you use, unless you elect for a flat fee. We can debit any bank account of your choosing that you maintain on file with us.

  • Current residents will receive email invites to the Resident Portal within 1 minute after they are added via the Promas integration. Resident’s can also enter their property information directly into our website to find their account. Also, Property Managers can invite residents directly by logging into their account and ‘Managing the Resident’. We have additional automation (optional) around the go-live months for new customers.
